Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for making ice cream, leading the opening shift, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service while serving customers. Duties
- Opening the store, including setting up stations, ensuring cleanliness, and
- Make ice cream daily
- Supervise staff during the opening shift, including training new team members and providing ongoing coaching
- Monitor inventory control to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste
- Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to promote a positive dining experience
- Contribute to a welcoming hospitality environment by fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be 17+ years old
- Must be able to work year around
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer service standards

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
