Referral Agent (1099 Independent Contractor) — Florida
Haven Health Solutions is hiring Referral Agents across Florida to connect community members with health coverage options through our government-contracted referral program. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity — work your own hours, your own territory, your own pace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Refer eligible individuals to enroll in available health coverage programs
- Educate community members on the options available to them
- Submit completed referrals for approval
- Build relationships within your local community, church, or network
COMPENSATION
- $40 per approved client — paid per successful enrollment, no cap on how many you can refer
- 1099 independent contractor position (you set your own schedule)
Example weekly earning potential (based on approved clients signed per week): 5 clients/week ≈ $200/week 10 clients/week ≈ $400/week 15 clients/week ≈ $600/week 20 clients/week ≈ $800/week (Illustrative only — actual earnings depend on your own effort and how many referrals are approved. Not a guarantee of income.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a current Florida resident
- Must be able to work independently as a 1099 contractor
- Reliable phone/email access for client follow-up
- Comfortable talking to people in your community about health coverage
PREFERRED
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply — Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, French, and all other languages welcome. Florida's communities are diverse, and agents who can serve non-English speakers are especially valuable.
