We’re on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience.
- Operate POS system efficiently to process cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Develop new beverage recipes and improve existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine, and craft beer. (Extensive knowledge of bourbon is a MAJOR PLUS!)
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires evening and weekend availability (including Sundays).
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
