Prize Pest Control is hiring a dependable, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Grand Prairie, TX. This is an in-office, full-time role for an experienced sales professional who can close consistently, communicate clearly, and build a long-term career with a company that rewards performance and reliability.
Location: Grand Prairie, TX — In office
Pay: $24–$28 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do
- Sell pest control service plans to warm inbound and outbound leads — no cold calling
- Close deals confidently, consistently, and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Handle objections, answer questions, and resolve concerns with urgency
- Keep CRM records accurate, organized, and up to date
- Work closely with leadership to improve sales processes and performance
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of direct sales or inside sales experience
- A proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline
- Reliable, self-driven, goal-oriented, and accountable
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using sales software and CRM systems; Go High Level or FieldRoutes experience is a plus
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
