Job Summary
We’re hiring professional, detail-focused house cleaners to join our in-house team as W-2 employees. You’ll perform high-quality residential cleans with consistency and care, following our proven cleaning systems. No dealing with customers or scheduling—we handle all logistics so you can focus on cleaning.

What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes top to bottom with attention to detail
- Follow customized cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Safely use and care for eco-friendly cleaning products and tools
- Arrive on time, professionally dressed, and ready to impress
- Work solo or in teams, depending on job size
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Physically able to be on your feet and lift 25+ lbs
- Great communicator, punctual, and dependable
- Willing to learn and follow company systems for cleaning
