Cain Behavioral Therapy Hours of operation: Monday–Friday (8am–10pm) and weekends (8am–5pm)

Duties
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
- Consistently arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions
- Notify the administrative team of any availability changes at least one month in advance
- Carry out ABA programs and treatment goals as trained and outlined in client plans
- Accurately collect data and complete session documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain ongoing communication with your assigned supervisor
- Incorporate supervisor feedback to continuously enhance service delivery
- Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Participate in required team meetings, supervision, and training activities
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges, preferred
- A genuine interest in supporting children with autism and other developmental differences
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally within the field
- Dependable transportation with the ability to travel to clients’ homes
- Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass required DOJ and FBI background screenings
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- TB clearance and proof of required immunizations in accordance with company policy
