We are currently seeking a skilled welder/fabricator who can build from blueprints/prints to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder or fabricator
- Strong ability to read and build directly from prints
- Experience with common shop tools (grinders, saws, layout tools, etc.)
- Ability to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
- Measure, cut, fit, and weld metal components
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required
- Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Preferred:
- Welding certifications
- Experience working with structural steel or custom builds
