Position Summary
The Solventless Production Technician is responsible for producing, packaging, and preparing premium solventless cannabis products. This role primarily focuses on post-processing activities including unloading freeze dryers, whipping rosin, filling vape cartridges, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality products while following all company SOPs and Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Production
- Unload freeze dryers and properly handle dried hash.
- Whip and prepare rosin to company quality standards.
- Fill live rosin vape cartridges using established procedures.
- Assemble and package finished vape products.
- Weigh and package live rosin, bubble hash, and Brick Hash into retail containers.
- Label and prepare products for final quality inspection.
- Assist with product curing, storage, and organization.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards before packaging.
- Maintain product traceability and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
- Follow all Michigan CRA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
Facility & Equipment
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and workstations.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Report equipment issues or product quality concerns to management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications Required
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have weekend availability
Preferred
- Cannabis production or manufacturing experience.
- Experience handling solventless cannabis products.
- Familiarity with vape filling equipment.
- Knowledge of Michigan CRA regulations and Metrc.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Good hand dexterity for handling small components and packaging.
- Ability to work in cold environments.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
