What You'll Do
- Create memorable first and last impressions for every guest
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table assignments with accuracy and confidence
- Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and special occasions
- Guide the pace and flow of service alongside managers and the dining room team
- Answer phones with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
- Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask
- Welcome regulars like old friends and first-time guests like future regulars
- Help cultivate the sense of community that makes a restaurant feel special

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Fine dining experience is a plus, but genuine hospitality is essential
- Experience with Resy or similar reservation systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm, thoughtful, and solution-oriented during busy services
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
