- Lead MEP preconstruction efforts including estimating, bid reviews, subcontractor qualifications, scheduling, and utility coordination.
- Manage procurement, contract award, buyout, and ongoing performance of MEP trade partners.
- Oversee MEP budgets, change management, forecasting, invoicing, progress payments, and overall project financial performance.
- Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D trade coordination activities to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover activities.
- Partner with field teams to develop schedules, mitigate risks, and maintain project delivery milestones.
- Mentor project team members and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
