In search of a proactive and experienced Childcare Center Director to join team, in time for our August 2026 center opening, in Katy, TX!
Start Date: Immediate
Anticipated Center Opening: August 2026
The ideal candidate is organized and able to multitask efficiently. They have to be very comfortable working closely with ownership to support the successful startup, licensing, enrollment growth, and opening of the center. Candidate should have extensive experience and a proven track record in:
- Increasing enrollment through marketing initiatives and community partnerships
- Managing daily center operations and staff
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and leading teams
- Ensuring licensing compliance and supporting center startup activities
- Implementing and managing key childcare programs, including:
- CCS enrollment and billing
- Texas Rising Star certification
- Workforce Solutions partnerships
- Pre-K collaborations
Position Details:
This position will begin on a part-time basis during the center setup and licensing phase and transition to full-time upon the center's opening.
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually
