We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions at the cash register.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Provide product information and assistance with product selection
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Proven ability to sell products or services
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with appliance sales and wireless sales is beneficial
