The Sales & Leasing Associate actively engages with customers, supports their leasing needs, manages accounts, and contributes to both sales and collections—key pillars of long-term success in the rent-to-own industry. Through professional communication and genuine relationship-building, the associate helps ensure customers feel supported from the showroom floor to the delivery of their products.
In addition to customer interaction, the role supports essential store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, ensuring product availability, coordinating timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting showroom. Every task contributes to a smooth operation and an outstanding customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, service-driven, and eager to advance. As part of a collaborative store team, the Sales & Leasing Associate directly impacts store growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
General Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement)
- This is an in-person job; remote work is not available
- Effective organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly
- Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
- Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
- Prolonged periods of driving and standing
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
