We are looking for friendly, energetic, and guest-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
Server Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
- Learn the menu and confidently recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
- Provide a memorable dining experience by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist in arranging tables for larger groups and special events
- Help maintain cleanliness of service areas and support opening and closing duties in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Process guest payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
Server Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (hospitality or culinary background is a plus)
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and different cuisines is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
