Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly Rate Based By Experience: $24- $45
- Annual Range: $50,000 to $150,000 A Year!
- Commission: Plumbers earn 1% of sales in addition to hourly wage. Current employees earn up to $1,000 per month in commission.
- Performance Bonuses: Annual performance reviews may include a $2-4/hour raise.
- Holiday bonuses up to $500 are provided annually.
- Sign on Bonus: $3,000
- $1,500 paid after 30 days
- $1,500 paid after 90 days
Location: Wheeling, IL
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 24+ months of experience on an apprentice card
- Knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials
- Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes
- A journeyman plumbing license and experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!

The ideal candidate is a skilled, reliable professional with at least 24 months of experience on an apprentice card and a strong knowledge of trade tools, materials, and plumbing codes. Core Responsibilities:
- Report daily to the central Wheeling location before traveling to job sites.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in compliance with state and local codes.
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs using proper tools and materials.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail on every job.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions.
- Provide professional, reliable service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
