As a Back of the House Baker, you'll play a key role in ensuring our bakery items are always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking breads, rolls, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items following recipes and production schedules.
- Mixing ingredients, proofing dough, and monitoring baking times to ensure consistent quality.
- Decorating or finishing baked goods as needed.
- Operating bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of supply needs.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assisting with packaging, labeling, and stocking baked goods for display.
- Performing additional cleaning and prep tasks as assigned.

- Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
