Job Overview
The Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for leading the company’s end-to-end supply chain and operational strategy across cultivation support, procurement, processing operations, inventory management, logistics, material coordination, operational reporting, and business intelligence.
This executive leadership role is responsible for integrating the company's operational strategy across cultivation, processing, extraction, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and business planning to ensure efficient execution, operational visibility, and sustainable growth. This is not a desk-based executive role; success requires direct engagement with operations and frequent on-site leadership.
