What You'll Do
- Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated commercial signs
- Install monument signs, pylon signs, channel letters, cabinet signs, architectural signage, vinyl graphics, and LED message centers
- Operate bucket trucks, cranes, forklifts, trailers, and other installation equipment
- Weld, bolt, and assemble structural sign components in the field
- Dig and set foundations, install poles, and mount signage using a variety of installation methods
- Troubleshoot and repair existing signs
- Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signage
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials and equipment
- Complete required vehicle inspections and job documentation
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, or construction equipment
- Ability to lift and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial sign installation experience
- Construction, steel erection, electrical, or welding background
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience operating bucket trucks, cranes, forklifts, or heavy equipment
