Position Summary
ATCAM is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support production operations by assisting with machine operation, material handling, and part preparation for coating and painting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing while learning valuable skills in a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with machine setup and operation under the direction of experienced team members
- Load and unload materials and parts from machines and workstations
- Transport materials, parts, and completed jobs throughout the facility
- Deliver and pick up parts as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Prepare parts for coating and painting by cleaning, sanding, taping, and masking
- Remove masking and tape after coating processes are complete
- Inspect parts to ensure proper preparation and cleanliness before coating
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, and safety concerns
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
What We're Looking For

- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, coolants, oils, and varying temperatures
