The Service Resolution Professional (SRP) supports frontline and Level 2 associates with high-priority service issues, manages escalated inquiries, and assists with knowledge sharing. This role is responsible for resolving complex client scenarios related to death and divorce matters while providing guidance and coaching to both internal and external clients.

Complex Document Review

Review estate and legal documentation, including:

Letters of Testamentary
-
Trust Agreements
-
Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs)

Divorce Decrees
-
Other estate-related documentation pertaining to death and divorce situations
Escalation Management
-
Manage escalated client issues in a timely manner.

Serve as the primary point of contact for case resolution.

Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams as necessary.

Ensure that complaints are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

Remain current on new processes, procedures, and controls.

Lead or participate in daily huddles and department meetings.

Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Contribute ideas that support business growth and efficiency.
Team Support

Support training initiatives and new hire onboarding.

Phone Support

Handle complex death and divorce inquiries.

Provide First Call Resolution whenever possible.

Maintain ownership of cases requiring follow-up.

Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the process.
Processing

Process death and divorce claim escalations.

Complete tax operations reviews and processing.

Monitor requests through completion.

Maintain documentation that meets reporting and compliance standards.

3+ years of brokerage or financial services industry experience

Pay Range:
$27.19-$45.31/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
