We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping patients improve communication, language, speech, voice, and swallowing abilities to enhance their quality of life and independence. 1. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Provide therapy for speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
4. Educate patients and families on therapy strategies, exercises, and home programs
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
6. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
7. Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards
1. Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
2. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
3. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, if applicable
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Previous experience is preferred, but clinical fellows may be considered
