Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking construction worker with hands-on experience in paint, drywall, and general construction. This is a great opportunity to join a tight-knit team where your skills and work ethic will be valued and appreciated. Willing to train the right motivated individuals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Hang, tape, and texture drywall
- Assist with general construction tasks, remodels, and finish work both interior and exteriors.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in paint.
- 3+ years of experience drywall.
- 3+ years of experience Carpentry, Framing, and Siding
- 3+ years of experience Finish Trim
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Dependable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and team spirit
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in disaster restoration or custom home building
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
- A sense of humor – we take our work seriously, but not too seriously
Pay & Perks:
- Hourly wage: $22–$32.00 /hr, Paid Holidays, and Vacations. all wages are DOE
