Total Offroad & More is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support our growing Arizona market. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with new car dealerships throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area while developing new business opportunities for both dealership aftermarket programs and commercial fleet upfitting.
The ideal candidate has a passion for the automotive aftermarket, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This position will primarily support our Gilbert and Glendale locations, with opportunities to expand support into Tucson as our Arizona operations continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing dealership accounts throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
- Develop new dealership relationships through regular prospecting and in-person sales calls.
- Promote dealership preload and aftermarket accessory programs that increase dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Present product solutions including:
- Suspension lift and leveling kits
- Wheels and tires
- Running boards and side steps
- Bed covers and truck accessories
- Lighting and performance upgrades
- Sunroof installations
- Katzkin Leather interior conversions
- Fleet upfitting solutions and commercial vehicle accessories
- Work closely with dealership management, sales managers, finance managers, service departments, and accessory managers to identify new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Gilbert and Glendale store teams to ensure accurate quoting, scheduling, installation, and exceptional customer service.
- Generate commercial fleet opportunities through existing dealership relationships and direct business development.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently identifying new opportunities.
- Provide weekly pipeline reviews and sales activity reports to management.
- Stay current on industry trends, new products, competitive offerings, and dealership market opportunities.
- Travel throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area daily with occasional travel to Tucson as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience.
- Automotive aftermarket experience required.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple store locations.
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining an active sales pipeline is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
