Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Hotel Director of Sales to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth at the Everhome Suites San Bernardino. This energetic leader will develop and execute innovative sales strategies, foster strong relationships with corporate clients, and oversee a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for business development, exceptional management skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate sales environment within the hospitality industry. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence, expanding our market reach, and achieving ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with hotel goals, focusing on both B2B (business-to-business) and corporate markets to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales objectives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, travel agencies, and event organizers to secure new business and retain existing accounts.
- Utilize advanced sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud and other sales analytics & reporting tools to track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and refine sales tactics.
- Oversee the execution of targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customer segments through innovative outreach efforts.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless account management to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term business development plans that support hotel growth objectives and adapt to changing market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within the hospitality or related corporate sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in sales management systems such as Salesforce (including Salesforce Cloud), along with expertise in sales analytics & reporting tools.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, enterprise selling, and technical sales of SaaS (Software as a Service) products or other technology solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing at an executive level.
- Leadership experience managing sales strategy or development teams in a corporate setting; ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Deep understanding of customer service principles combined with a proactive approach to business development management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Pay: $70,304.00 - $80,000.00 per year
