The Client Support Liaison is the trusted bridge between our guests, our repair team, and their insurance carriers. This role blends professionalism, empathy, and technical awareness to guide clients through a stressful and unfamiliar process with confidence and warmth. The Liaison ensures every guest feels informed, supported, and advocated for from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism, genuine care, and a calm presence.
- Serve as the primary communication link between clients, estimators, technicians, and insurance representatives.
- Advocate for guests during insurance interactions, ensuring their needs, concerns, and repair requirements are clearly represented.
- Translate technical repair information into clear, reassuring updates.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and customer files with precision and discretion.
- Assist clients with insurance processes, photo documentation, and required paperwork.
- Maintain a polished, organized front office environment that reflects a luxury‑level brand experience.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns before they escalate.
