Brunette Home Improvement is a family-owned remodeling company serving the Greater Lansing area for over 40 years. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decks, and exterior renovations.
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Exteriors Project Manager to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from production through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage roofing, siding, window, door, gutter, and / or deck projects
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Coordinate schedules with installers, suppliers, and inspectors
- Perform jobsite visits and quality control checks
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
- Handle project documentation, photos, and project updates
- Work closely with sales, office staff, and production teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction or project management experience
- Roofing and/or exterior remodeling knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic computer skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
- Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
