Retail Boutique Floor Supervisor
In-Store- roughly 30 hours a week
We’re looking for a motivated Floor Supervisor to join our boutique team! This role focuses on managing the operations and driving sales on the floor while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and oversee the POS/register, including opening & closing.
- Lead by example with strong selling and styling skills.
- Support daily floor operations: restocking, shipment, and customer service.
- Assist with training and floor leadership when assistant management is not present.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years + of retail experience (supervisor/keyholder a plus).
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and register operations.
