Salary & Schedule
- Up to $75.00 per hour (equivalent to up to $156,000 per year)
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday
- 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Excellent work-life balance with no weekend requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a busy independent retail pharmacy
- Ensure safe, accurate and compliant prescription dispensing
- Deliver exceptional patient counselling and medication therapy guidance
- Lead, mentor and support pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Develop strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers and patients
- Drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the continued growth and future success of the pharmacy
Requirements
- Active Florida Pharmacist license
- Strong background in retail/community pharmacy
- Previous Pharmacy Manager or leadership experience preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (essential)
- Outstanding communication and patient counselling skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in future business ownership
