Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating new partnerships with schools, businesses, churches, camps, and community organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area. We're looking for someone who can build genuine relationships, create opportunities, and help organizations discover a new and unique experience they'll be excited to bring involve their students, employees and members. As a Business Development Partner, you'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and secure new B2B sales opportunities across targeted markets.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive account management.
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads, set appointments, and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Utilize marketing tools and Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, analyze market trends, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology products and services to effectively communicate the benefits and technical specifications during sales presentations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management, preferably within a competitive market environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated success in business development activities including cold calling, warm calling, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Analytical mindset capable of assessing market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics to inform strategies.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate clients, and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
