Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team. This position involves a variety of general labor duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift: 2nd (3pm-1am M-TH)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Hand pack finished products into boxes according to company standards.
- Jog and align paper to ensure proper stacking and quality.
- Feed paper into machine pockets accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and remove defective materials.
- Assemble, label, and prepare boxes for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other general labor and production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 30–50 pounds, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
