Landscaping Crew Member – Job Description
Landscaping Crew Members are responsible for maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties. Team members work safely and efficiently while providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns.
- Trim and shape shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
- Remove weeds, leaves, sticks, and other yard debris.
- Install mulch, sod, plants, gravel, and other landscape materials.
- Load, unload, and operate landscaping equipment safely.
- Assist with spring and fall cleanups.
- Haul away debris and dispose of materials properly.
- Follow instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
- Keep equipment and work vehicles clean and organized.
- Maintain a professional attitude and respectful communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience with landscaping equipment is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.75 per hour
