Job Title: Technician
As a Knitting Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Graduated Compression Knitting manufacturing processes. You will be at the forefront of quality inspection, mechanical maintenance, and production efficiency. Your expertise will help us deliver top-notch products while fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. What you’ll do
- Possess hand-eye coordination capable of operating machines/mechanical devices properly
- Operate and maintain Circular Graduated Compression Knitting machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Ability to set up Knitting machines for production.
- Possess lifting capabilities of medium to occasional heavy loads.
- Capable of standing and/or walking all day. Also extended capability of crawling, climbing and possess good balance in performing these duties
- Ability to replace broken needles
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ability to perform size and style changes as instructed
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues
- We are operating on 10 - hour shifts/4 days.
Basic qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques.
- Experience with Circular Knitting machines and processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
