What We’re Looking For
- Full-time real estate professionals (new or experienced) with drive, positivity, and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Willingness to learn, follow proven systems, and stay coachable
- Active Illinois Real Estate License, or currently enrolled in licensing coursework
Responsibilities
- Follow our proven process to consistently close sales
- Respond quickly and professionally to the leads we provide
- Show properties, host open houses, and prepare market analyses
- Stay informed on local housing trends
- Deliver an outstanding client experience from first meeting through closing
Compensation
This is a commission-based position. Income potential varies based on individual effort and performance. Many agents who complete our Shark School Bootcamp and follow our system have achieved six-figure earnings annually.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule (weekdays with some weekends as needed)
- In-person work primarily in Illinois markets (Chicago and surrounding suburbs)
