Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear information about services, attractions, and policies
- Assist with admissions, ticketing, and membership processing when assigned to front desk
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales and transactions
- Handle cash and credit card payments responsibly and with integrity
- Monitor attractions to ensure guest safety and enforce park rules in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including front desk or attraction zones
- Promote additional products, services, or memberships when appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions or concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, cashier, or recreational experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong English communication skills required; bilingual abilities (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain attentive while monitoring attractions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
