- Utilize Human/Machine Interface (HMI) terminals to diagnose and resolve system interruptions, minimizing downtime.
- Execute robot maintenance tasks, including component replacement and sensor cleaning, to uphold system functionality.
- Manage product flow to achieve maximum throughput, supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and leadership, providing updates on system status and issues.
- Carry out preventative maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, lubrication, and tolerance verification, to extend equipment lifespan.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with mechanical or automated systems (1+ year preferred).
- Background in warehouse operations, machine operation, or manufacturing environments.
