WEEMS is looking for professional CDL A TEAM DRIVERS who want strong, consistent income, steady miles, and access to premium freight. This is a team-driving position only. Solo drivers are not being accepted.
What WEEMS Offers
LEASE TO RENT (Walk Away)
- Weekly gross per team: $12,000 – $16,000 (Guaranteed)
- Freight paying $2.20 – $7.00 per mile
- Consistant miles week after week
- Full 24/7 dispatch and operations support
- Late-model equipment including 2022–2026 Freightliner, Volvo, and International trucks
Weekly Fixed Costs
- Truck fee: $900
- Depreciation: $0.15 per mile
- Insurance: $450
- Trailer fee: $150
- Admin fee: $150
- OCC/ACC: $70
- Service fee: 15%
Estimated Net Take-Home
- $2,000 – $4,500 per week per driver
- $4,000 – $9,000 per week per team
COMPANY TEAM POSITION
- $0.75 – $0.90 CPM
- 5,000 – 7,000 miles per week
- $1,800 – $2,700 take-home per week per driver
- Consistent miles and high income
Driver Requirements
- Team drivers only
- Minimum 1 year of CDL A experience
- No SAP or incomplete SAP
- Must be ready to drive over the road.
Escrow
- $3,000 per driver
- Paid weekly in installments of $250 or $500
- Fully refundable 45 days after completion
