The Hyper Wellness Representative role at Restore Hyper Wellness in Fort Lauderdale is a customer-facing position focused on customer service and membership sales. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing bookings, onboarding new members, and educating guests on wellness services and precautions.
Key Responsibilities

Client Experience: Greet clients, assist with wellness services, and facilitate booking, scheduling, and cancellations.

Onboarding & Education: Complete medical waivers, create point-of-sale profiles, and educate clients on the medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care for all services.

Sales & Promotion: Conduct studio tours, sell service packages, and promote membership options.

Store Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, and maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment.

Brand Representation: Embody the Hyper Wellness lifestyle and maintain a fun, engaging store culture.
Qualifications

Passion for health and wellness.

At least one year of retail or customer service experience.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Degree or background in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or spa/fitness is highly preferred.

Weekend availability.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: Generally between $16 – $17 per hour heavily supplemented by performance bonuses and commissions.
