Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Gaming Cafe Attendant to provide exceptional customer service in a lively gaming environment. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with their needs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. Experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred to deliver a seamless experience for our patrons. This role offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly
- Prepare and handle food items following food safety standards, including snacks, drinks, and light meals
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and gaming areas, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
- Assist with setup and cleanup for special events or catering services
- Provide information about menu items and gaming options to enhance guest experience
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with banquet service or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
