Internet Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
Seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (or experienced Salesperson ready for the next level) with a proven background in the retail automotive industry.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Hiring, training, motivating and retaining an experienced sales team
Proficient in Internet and Phone Follow-up
Expert Traffic Management
Understanding of Automotive Sales/Finance processes
Knowledge of CDK/Webdesking a plus
DealerSocket experience a plus
Ability to Drive Sales Appointments
Strong Leadership Qualities
Strong closing skills
Strong ethics and integrity
Ability to complete daily tasks in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills
Excellent people skills - with employees and customers alike
High level of Structure and Organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
