In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic and nail extension applications, and more. All positions are paid, including internships, emphasizing our commitment to your professional growth. We also work on commission 60/40, we will be providing all nail supplies other than a drill and uv light.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry
- Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client’s style
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and ensure a positive experience
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and industry best practices
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized workspace that complies with all sanitation standards and safety regulations
Experience
- Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and disinfection procedures
- Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures for tools and work areas
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
- Understanding of color theory for nail art design
- Experience working with advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions or esthetic laser treatments is a plus
