The Infrastructure Supervisor analyzes, recommends, and implements solutions and upgrades to current systems, continuously analyzes current system operations to identify areas of improvement, and acts as supervisory direct report to assigned Information Technology (IT) personnel.

Follow and develop cyber security reviews
Support the organization’s overarching technology strategy by leading the IT team
Cultivate an IT team culture that delivers best-in-class service to technology end-users
Continuously analyze and assess current processes, technology, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
Train and coach IT team and end-users on operating technology
Coordinate the maintenance of essential IT operations (i.e., operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware)
Leverage technology to support both current and future infrastructure needs
Maintain IT polices and build IT operating procedures
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Ensure network components meet the organization’s needs
Staying current regarding new network features and other competitive solutions
Manage cyber security within the organization by implementing technology, monitoring, and training
Manage the business’s operating environment using Microsoft based tools and systems
Act as supervisory direct report for assigned IT personnel (i.e., performance management, corrective action, training, defining daily priorities, creating work schedules, etc.)
Manage time and attendance for assigned IT personnel. including timecard approval and paid time off requests
Oversee the hiring of assigned IT personnel (i.e., collaborate with Human Resources recruiters, perform interviews, select qualified talent, etc.)
Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Other duties as assigned Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising IT operations
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Minimum 3 years’ system administrator experience for Microsoft (Azure, O365) and Cisco Meraki Technologies
Experience in oil and gas service industry preferred, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
Strong leadership skills, able to coach, mentor, track performance, enact corrective action, and delegate duties to a team
Excellent time and project management skills, able prioritize workload to prioritize
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and Azure
