As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our café. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall customer experience, from food preparation to cash handling.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is an advantage.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
