The main role is to keep shelves full, clean and organized in assigned departments. Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure all cases and shelves are clean and well-stocked
- Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
- Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation or product
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale
- Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, dedicated, fast and efficient, available to work weekends. Customer Service Focus, smile, and positive attitude are mandatory. We do not tolerate "no show" and "call-out".
Previous experience working in Grocery Stores and Hospitality is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
