As an Internet Sales/BDC Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers shopping online or calling the dealership. Your primary goal is to build relationships, answer questions, and schedule appointments that drive showroom traffic. Schedule
Full-Time
- Weekdays: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- One weekday off (rotating schedule)
- Every other weekend required
- Occasional shifts from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Build rapport with customers through phone, text, and email communication
- Provide initial vehicle and dealership information
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with unsold customers and missed appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Work closely with Sales Management and fellow BDC team members
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive BDC, Internet Sales, or Call Center experience preferred
- Focus CRM knowledge is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
