Green Genie Cannabis Co. is looking for confident, outgoing, energetic, and polished individuals to join our sales team.
This is a highly social, customer-facing position. We’re looking for people who have a strong presence, take pride in their appearance, communicate well, and genuinely enjoy meeting and talking to new people.
Cannabis experience is NOT required. Personality, professionalism, and sales ability matter more we can teach you the products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and engage customers throughout their visit
- Build relationships with new and returning customers
- Recommend cannabis products based on customer needs
- Explain current promotions and special offers
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Help create a fun, welcoming, high-energy environment
- Maintain a clean and professional sales floor
- Learn our products, brands, and cannabis knowledge
- Work with the team to hit daily sales goals

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21+
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Available for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
- Must meet all Michigan cannabis-industry employment requirements
