- Daily Routines: Assist with personal care, household tasks (meal prep, laundry, home upkeep), and medication reminders.

Independence & Career: Coach him on budgeting/banking skills and support his transition into his welding program.

Health & Wellness: Provide transportation to appointments and support his physical therapy goals for his knee (prompting exercises and reporting progress).
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.

Clearances: Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.

Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings).

Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.

Pay Range: $12.50 – $14.70/hour (Paid Weekly!)
