About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable, skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to support three apartment complexes in Delaware County, PA. You’ll complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep the properties running smoothly. This is a stable, full-time role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do

Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair

Perform routine and preventive maintenance

Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies)

Assist with inspections and follow-up repairs

Respond to emergency on-call situations (rotating schedule)

Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment

Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks

Provide great customer service to residents
What You Bring

1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
-
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair

Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

HVAC certification a plus

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
