What you'll do
- Perform professional installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration issues efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service: clearly explain repairs, options, and recommendations to homeowners
- Complete service calls with a focus on quality, safety, and timely completion
- Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan
- Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation (with additional pay)
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential focus preferred)
- EPA 608 certification required
- Texas HVAC technician license
- Clean driving record and a valid Texas driver license
- Able to lift 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Experience with ServiceTitan, a professional appearance, and excellent communication
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
