Kitchen Staff (Back of House Team Member)
We are seeking motivated, hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. As a member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and ingredient preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate service
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
