Shipping Clerk — B2B
$25–$28/hour
Location: Dayton, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; some weekends required
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience reviewing and following customer-specific B2B routing guides
- Working knowledge of EDI transactions and processes
- Experience creating and verifying UCC-128/GS1-128 shipping labels
- Experience preparing bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and shipment documentation
- Knowledge of parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping
- Experience using a warehouse management system or shipping system
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict customer shipping deadlines
- Availability to work required schedule, including occasional weekends
Preferred Experience:
- Shipping orders for major retail or wholesale customers
- Researching chargebacks, routing violations, and shipping discrepancies
- Coordinating directly with carriers and warehouse operations
- Verifying orders before they leave the facility
